All Spiffed Up

Emmett went to wedding #3 this year on October 22. Our friend Joan married Dan and threw a wedding chock full of surprises. There was a bagpiper during the recessional, a leprechaun showed up during the reception (no joking), there was a photo booth, they did a roast instead of toasts and the wedding party did a choreographed dance to MJ's Thriller. We felt like we blended in quite well at this wedding since there were leprechauns because Emmett was one of like 10 babies.

It's not often I straighten my hair, and it's not often Eric wears a tie (and it's even more unlikely that these things take place on the same day), so we had to take some pictures. Our attempts at taking photos of the beautiful bride did not turn out so great, so we'll have to wait for the professional ones. Here are some family pics from the day...
