Today, Eric, Emmett and I ventured out to Highland Park to do two things:
1. Meet Grandma G
2. Go to the Half Priced Books tent sale (Everything was $3 or less! We spent $27 and came home with a lot of books for all three of us.)
My grandma loved meeting Emmett. I took a little video of their meeting for you all to see. Before you watch, you should know that my grandma has the largest repertoire of music and poems stored away in her memory and she will gladly share it with anyone who asks, and she has dementia (which has impacted her short-term memory).
