Somehow our little toddler has turned into a big boy. If you mention anything about him being little, he says, "I turned big now." Emmett turned 2 on June 23, and we celebrated by letting him "open" his gift from Mommy and Daddy when he woke up. He was tired since he just woke up, so he just kind of looked at his new tricycle. So we asked him if he knew what it was, and he said, "It's a bike," very matter-of-fact.
In the afternoon, we had a family party - a dog party! This theme was Emmett's idea that we ran with and used some ideas from the book Go Dog Go.
